Meet Mountain Goat! He’s here all the way from Wales! When asked what brought him across the Pond he told us how he first got into trail running . From there he found  Scott Jurek, the book North, and the Appalachian Trail. And now, here he is, hiking SOBO from Maine to Georgia! Lots of kudos to him for trekking this once in a lifetime experience! He had the whole group giggling with his humor around not knowing any of the states and their relevance. Just follow the white blazes!

A quick refuel and he was back on the trail. Enjoy every moment of your journey!
